1. Our Commitment
We want as many people as possible to be able to use our websites and applications. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA wherever feasible and provide accessible alternatives on request.
2. Scope
This statement applies to public-facing websites and web apps operated by AAA i Services (UK) Limited, trading as iSolutionhub. Third-party platforms and embedded widgets are covered by their providers’ accessibility statements; we aim to choose accessible integrations.
3. Compliance Status
We are partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA due to the known limitations listed below. We are actively working through a remediation plan and welcome your feedback.
4. Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML, proper headings, landmarks, and label/inputs for forms.
- Keyboard access for interactive elements; visible focus states.
- Colour contrast aiming for AA or better; non-colour cues for meaning.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
- Accessible names for links and buttons; clear link purpose.
- Responsive design; reflow and zoom support (200%+) without loss of content.
- Reduced motion preferences respected where feasible.
- Regular audits against WCAG success criteria and assistive tech spot-checks.
5. Compatibility & Assistive Tech
We aim to support the latest two versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) on desktop and mobile. We test with keyboard-only navigation and common assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers). Some features may degrade on very old browsers.
6. Known Limitations
We are working to resolve the following issues:
- Some legacy PDFs and downloadable documents may not be fully tagged for accessibility.
- Occasional missing captions or transcripts for older embedded media.
- Third-party widgets (maps, payment pop-ups, social embeds) may have limited ARIA/keyboard support.
- Rare instances of insufficient colour contrast on legacy templates.
If you encounter any accessibility barriers not listed here, please tell us and we will prioritise a fix or provide an alternative format.
7. Feedback & Alternatives
If you need information on this website in a different format (accessible PDF, large print, easy read, audio, Braille), or if you find any problems not listed, contact us:
- Email: info@leap-tel..co.uk
We aim to respond within 5 working days. For urgent accessibility needs, tell us the page URL, the issue, and your preferred format.
8. Escalation & Enforcement
We take accessibility seriously. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate your concern to the relevant UK bodies for advice or mediation. (Private sector organisations are not subject to the public sector accessibility regulations, but we follow good practice and will work with you to resolve issues.)
9. Preparation of this Statement
This statement was prepared on 12 September 2025. It is based on a self-assessment and targeted manual testing of representative pages/templates. We plan to review this statement at least annually and after significant redesigns.
