Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for using our websites, dashboards, APIs, and services.

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all use of products and services provided by AAA i Services (UK) Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), including our websites, client dashboards, APIs, integrations, and communications (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

2. Permitted Use

  • Access the Services for lawful business purposes and in accordance with documentation and applicable agreements.
  • Use credentials and API keys issued to your organisation and keep them confidential.
  • Respect rate limits, pagination, and data retention guidance.

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not, and must not allow others to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Transmit malicious code, bots, scrapers, or engage in DoS/DDoS, port scanning, or stress testing without written permission.
  • Bypass, disable, or interfere with security, authentication, or rate-limiting controls.
  • Send unsolicited or bulk messages (email/SMS/notifications) without proper consent and required opt-outs.
  • Upload or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content, including hate speech, exploitation, or content that is defamatory or abusive.
  • Misrepresent identity, spoof headers, or mask origin when using our network, dashboards, or APIs.

4. Account & Security

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions of your staff, agents, and subcontractors.
  • Keep credentials secure; use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. If you disable 2FA against guidance, you accept related risk and liabilities.
  • Notify us immediately of suspected compromise, unauthorised access, or credential exposure so we can assist with containment.

5. Network, Platform & API Use

  • Respect published API limits (e.g. X-RateLimit-*) and backoff headers. Do not attempt parallelisation intended to evade limits.
  • Use only documented endpoints; avoid undocumented calls, scraping HTML, or headless automation without prior written consent.
  • Cache responsibly; do not store personal data longer than necessary and always in line with our Privacy Policy.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, or provide multi-tenant access to our Services unless expressly permitted in a written agreement.

6. Content Standards

Content you submit or process via the Services must:

  • Be accurate and lawful for your intended use and geography.
  • Exclude personal data you do not have a lawful basis to process.
  • Exclude illegal, pornographic, exploitative, or extremist materials.
  • Exclude payment details stored in plain text or outside an approved PCI-compliant flow.

7. Fair Use & Resource Limits

  • Heavy or abnormal usage that degrades Service quality for others may be throttled, queued, or suspended.
  • Trials, promotions, and “unlimited” language remain subject to technical and abuse-prevention limits.

8. Compliance & Legal

  • You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations (including data protection, export controls, and sanctions).
  • Where we act as a processor, you must provide lawful instructions and ensure your own controller obligations are met.
  • Jurisdiction: This AUP is governed by the laws of England & Wales.

9. Enforcement

We may investigate any suspected breach. We may remove content, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access (with or without notice) where necessary to protect users, our systems, or comply with law. We may report illegal activity to competent authorities.

10. Reporting Abuse

If you believe this AUP is being violated, please contact: info@leap-tel..co.uk with:

  • Timestamp(s), timezone, affected IPs/URLs/endpoints
  • Logs, headers, message IDs, or screenshots (no sensitive data)
  • Contact details for follow-up

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
