1. Introduction

AAA i Services (UK) Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as iSolutionhub, is committed to ethical, responsible, and lawful business. This Supplier Code of Conduct (“Code”) sets the minimum standards we expect from suppliers, contractors, distributors, agents, and other third parties (“Suppliers”).

2. Scope & Applicability

This Code applies to all Supplier personnel and sub-contractors involved in providing goods or services to us. Suppliers must ensure their own supply chains meet these standards.

3. Core Principles

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries of operation.
  • Respect human rights and uphold fair labour standards.
  • Operate with integrity: zero tolerance for bribery, corruption, fraud, and facilitation payments.
  • Protect the environment and strive to reduce negative impacts.
  • Safeguard personal data and confidential information.
  • Maintain safe, healthy workplaces.

4. Supplier Requirements

  • Legal compliance: adhere to all applicable laws, including trade, sanctions, tax, competition, and export controls.
  • Sub-suppliers: flow down equivalent obligations and monitor compliance.
  • Records: maintain accurate books, records, and accounts to demonstrate compliance.
  • Training: ensure relevant staff are trained on ethics, anti-bribery, modern slavery, data protection, and safety.
  • Notification: promptly inform us of any significant incident, breach, or investigation related to this Code.

5. Human Rights & Labour

  • No forced, bonded, indentured, or prison labour; no human trafficking.
  • Employment is freely chosen; workers may leave with reasonable notice.
  • No child labour; comply with minimum age laws and compulsory education.
  • No discrimination or harassment; equal opportunity in hiring and advancement.
  • Fair wages and benefits meeting legal minimums; transparent payslips; no unlawful deductions.
  • Working hours, rest, and leave in line with law and industry standards.
  • Freedom of association and collective bargaining, in line with local law.

6. Health & Safety

  • Provide safe, hygienic workplaces and accommodation (where provided).
  • Assess and control hazards; provide appropriate PPE and safety training.
  • Report and investigate incidents; implement corrective and preventive actions.

7. Environment & Sustainability

  • Comply with environmental laws and required permits.
  • Reduce waste, emissions, and resource consumption; manage hazardous substances responsibly.
  • Strive for sustainable sourcing and recyclable/low-impact packaging where feasible.

8. Data Protection & Security

  • Comply with applicable data protection laws (e.g., UK GDPR). Process personal data lawfully and minimally.
  • Implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (access control, encryption in transit/at rest where appropriate, secure development and vulnerability management).
  • Report personal data breaches affecting us without undue delay and cooperate on remediation.
  • Protect confidential information and intellectual property; use it only for intended purposes.

9. Business Integrity

  • Anti-bribery: no bribes, kickbacks, or improper advantages. Avoid facilitation payments.
  • Gifts & hospitality: must be modest, lawful, transparent, and never intended to influence.
  • Conflicts of interest: disclose actual or potential conflicts promptly.
  • Fair competition: comply with antitrust/competition laws; no price-fixing or bid-rigging.
  • Accurate marketing: honest representations about products and services.
  • Sanctions/trade controls: screen parties and goods/services as required by law.

10. Monitoring & Audits

We may request information, certifications, and conduct site visits or audits (with reasonable notice) to verify compliance. Suppliers must cooperate fully and implement corrective actions where issues are identified.

11. Reporting Concerns

12. Non-Compliance

Material breaches may lead to remediation plans, suspension of work, or termination of the relationship, and may be reported to authorities where required by law.

13. Acceptance

By supplying goods or services to AAA i Services (UK) Limited, you confirm your understanding of and commitment to this Code and will ensure equivalent standards across your supply chain.
